Abigail practices Western Energetic Herbalism. Through one-on-one consultations, she works collaboratively with clients to uncover the physical and energetic patterns that give rise to illness. With the help of some powerful herbal allies, she helps her clients address the root causes of imbalance and realize greater physical, mental and emotional health.
As a practitioner of holistic herbalism, Abigail treats the whole person rather than just a disease or its symptoms.* Following an in-depth intake and interview process, Abigail will make recommendations for dietary and lifestyle shifts, and will develop an individualized herbal formula to support the healing process and bring the body into a state of greater health and vitality.
Abigail has been making herbal medicine for over 10 years. The plants that she uses in her practice have been organically grown or wild harvested in a sustainable, ethical and respectful way from the forests, meadows and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. As a medicine maker, Abigail works with both the medicinal constituents and the energetics of the plants. She creates customized herbal formulas based on her clients’ unique constitution, energetics, health issues and goals.
Having a connection with the natural world is profoundly healing, and plants provide us with an incredible resource to aid us on our path toward health. Abigail is inspired by Vitalism and folk herbalism traditions in which health care is practiced in a way that honors the body’s inherent healing capacities, is connected to place, and recognizes each person’s unique history and constitution.

What to expect
When you get in touch to set up an appointment, you will be provided with an in-depth intake form to fill out ahead of time. The herbal intake form is longer than what you may be accustomed to at a doctor’s office because herbal practitioners take the time to look holistically at your mental, emotional and physical health. Depending on the health issue(s) being addressed, the healing process may see dramatic changes right away or may involve working together over time to shift some deeper patterns.
An initial consultation lasts one hour and costs $55.
Herbal formulas cost an additional $10-12 per ounce of tincture.
Follow-up appointments are $35.
As a Community Herbalist, Abigail strives to provide affordable, accessible and effective care to those who need it, regardless of economic status. If cost is a barrier to you, please inquire about sliding scale rates.
